Krisiko Art Studio, is an artistic world where creativity morphs into a new dimension. Nestled in the heart of Tirana, Albania our studio is a sanctuary of contemporary art for artists and their talents. Our curated exhibitions ignite a passion and a meaningful dialogue that evokes the raw human emotion of awe in their perception of art. Krisiko is beyond an art studio, it’s a community of collaboration and inspiration that weaves together aspiring artists, curators, collectors, and cultural institutions. Step into our world and embark on a journey of artistic exploration, where we shape the reality through our ideas and where the essence of artistry knows no patterns.

Ergys Krisiko (b. 1977) is a visionary artist whose practice is an elaborate synthesis of ambitious staged installations, evocative sculptures, immersive photography, all meticulously integrated within natural landscapes. His interventions are underpinned by a rigorous investigation of materials such as stone, wood, and resin, which he employs to probe the intersection and limitations of t heoretical conceptions of the natural world. By doing so, he rede nes the very essence of landscape in contemporary society, o ering a renewed and profound dialogue with nature through his large-scale installations. In art as in architecture, caves have always inspired unique ways of imagining the world, shaping concepts that are both mental and geophysical, naturalistic, and mythological. This imaginary inner cave serves as a profound source of inspiration for Krisiko, who strives to create a constant dialogue between art and the syndromes of contemporary society. Krisiko’s academic foundation was laid at the esteemed Academy of Arts in Albania, where he earned an MA in Sculpture and Arts, and he now imparts his expertise as a professor in Department of Ceramics. His intellectual pursuits and artistic endeavors have led to international recognition, with solo exhibitions at many prestigious institutions. A hallmark of Krisiko’s oeuvre is his method of directly engaging with the landscape, often incorporating material backdrops into the scene before meticulously reconstructing the entire sculpture. This process creates a dynamic interplay between the artwork and its environment, enhancing the viewer’s experience of both. Beyond his sculptural Krisiko extends his artistic exploration into scenography, where his thematic concerns continue to evolve and resonate. The artist is represented by Gallery Krisiko Art Studio.
